The European XC Challenge 5k and 10k is not your average road race! European style cross country running features crossing a selected course mainly by running and traversing whatever obstacles (natural and man-made) that may be in the way. With a little luck, we’ll have some wonderful early fall rain to provide a nice soft (muddy) surface on which to race! The start and finish lines are at Olivas Adobe Park in Ventura, CA. The race has a storied history as former top ten World Cross Country Championships finisher Gary Tuttle began the race many years ago.
